Performance &
Application :
Sodium percarbonate offers
many of the same functional
benefits as liquid hydrogen
peroxide, and it is a free-flowing
powder with a common name of solid
hydrogen peroxide. It dissolves
into water rapidly to release
oxygen and provides powerful
cleaning, bleaching, stain removal
and deodorizing capabilities.
Sodium percarbonate has a wide
range of applications in various
cleaning products and detergent
formulations including heavy duty
laundry detergents, all fabric
bleaches, wood deck bleaches,
textile bleaches and carpet
cleaners. Other applications have
been explored in personal care
formulations, denture cleaners,
pulp and paper bleaching process,
and certain food bleaching
applications. The products also
has functions as disinfector for
institutional and home
applications, oxygen releasing
agent in aquaculture, waste water
treatment chemical, first-aid
oxygen generating agent, etc.
Sodium percarbonate is a
new oxygen bleaching agent, used
as the raw material for washing
powder with little or no phosphor,
as pitching agent and reductive
chromomeric agent in textile
industry, as well as used as other
agents. Our sodium percarbonate
with high stability has a wide
range of applications.
The product not only has
washing and bleaching function but
also has brighten and sterilizing
functions. When it is used in the
production of synthetic detergent,
the performance of detergent will
be increased obviously. It can be
used as textile bleaching agent
and dyestuff color developing
agent, oral cleaning agent and
disinfectant for patient clothing
and utensils. Also ,this chemical
can be used to remove hard filth
in electroplating industry, and
fresh-keeping for fruits and
oxygen-generating for pond.

| [SELL] Zeolite [2008-06-27] |
The zeolite is the generic term of zeolite family mineral, is a kind of aqueous alkali metal or alkali earth metal's aluminosilicate mineral. Zeolite's density is 1.92-2.8g/cubic centimeter, moss scale of hardness is 3.5-5.57, its color is lighter, mostly is white, light yellow, light green, pale red and sandy beige. The natural zeolite is a kind of emerging material, because it has many technological characteristics, so it is widely used in many departments, and its use will be developed ceaselessly. In the world, there're many kinds of natural zeolites, such as the clinoptilolite, mordenite, lime harmotome, erionite, chabazite and so on. The clinoptilolite and mordenite are our company's main products.
Technological Characteristics & Main Uses:
Technological Characteristics:
The ion-exchange property is one of the important characteristics of the zeolite. The K, Na, Ca, etc cations and water molecule in the cavity of the zeolite can not unit tightly with the grillwork, it is extremely easy to occur the exchange interaction with the cation of the aqueous solution that surrounding it. After the exchange zeolite lattice structure is not destroyed. According to verifications, the NH4 cation's exchange capacity of the clinoptilolite and mordenite are all high, and the clinoptilolite even can choose to exchange some certain heavy metals, thus it can be used for eliminating heavy-metal ion.
Absorbability: zeolit has wide specific surface area(500-1000 sq.m./g), so it has stronger diffusive force, so it can be used as the outstanding adsorbent. The zeolite crystal has many sizable cavities and channels, under certain physical-chemical conditions, these channels can have precise and constant diameter (about 3-11A), those substance which smaller than the diameter can be adsorbed. This phenomenon is called the "molecular sieve" function. But not all the zeolite has the molecular sieve function.
Catalysis property: Because zeolite has broad absorption surface, it can hold quite many adsorbing substances, thus it can promote the chemical reaction, so the zeolite also can be used as the effective catalyst and catalytic carrier.
Thermal stability: zeolite rock's thermal stability has something to do with the zeolite's cation variety , silica alumina ratio, internal structure and so on factors. Acid resistance: zeolite has good acid resistance.
In addition, the zeolite also has chemical reactivity, far-infrared radiation, reversible dehydration property and so on technological characteristics.
Appearance : gray powder or granular NH4+
exchange capacity:≥130 m mol/100g Composition:
